2020 Jardin du Soleil Lavender Festival
July 17, 18 & 19, 2020
Vendor Space Registration
Jardin du Soleil is taking applications for vendors for the 2020 Jardin du Soleil Lavender Festival. This year Jardin du Soleil is again partnering with Olympic Lavender for a “two for one” Festival. As in years past, we will hold distillation and processing demonstrations, kids and adults crafts, garden maze, and much more. Please read the following information carefully as we have changed some of the rules and qualifications for the farm festival this year. If you have any questions please call us at 360-582-1185. Or visit www.jardindusoleil.com
to learn more about our farm.
We look forward to having you here on the farm this year!
Vendor space open to vendors who offer unique handcrafted items. Vendors will be juried and will be limited based on the type of product offered. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance.
Vendors are required to be open Friday, Saturday, and Sunday of the Festival from 10 am to 6 pm.
Tents are to be 10x10 with white tops. They need to be staked and weighted, as the winds in Dungeness can be strong and unexpected. Weather can be varied during the three-day event and vendors should be prepared for wind, rain, and direct sunlight.
Since access to the vendor area is limited, we will schedule setup times prior to the event.
Vendors are responsible for all items including chairs, tables, power cords, and all fixtures. Jardin du Soleil is not responsible for damage to tents or other items.
Vendor booth spaces will be assigned at a first come first served basis and Jardin du Soleil and its managers have the right to assign space as appropriate and necessary. There is limited electricity and booth assignment will need to be adjusted to accommodate vendors with a need for electricity.
Pets are not allowed on the farm during the weekend. If you have a special circumstance please contact Jardin du Soleil prior to set up.
* Please note that only Jardin du Soleil may sell lavender and lavender products (bundles, buds, sachets, plants, oils, lotions, culinary, soaps, care products, aromatherapy, herbs, candles, etc.) We are a lavender farm and wish to add vendors to this great event that will offer unique and wonderful items that are different than what we are offering, to complement each other and bring variety to those visiting the farm. If you have questions or have an item that you feel may be an exception, please call us.
The vendor booth fee for 2020 is single space $200, double space $400
Applications are due by March 15th.
